For acquisition and characterization of beam profiles the multiple proven beam analysis software MrBeam is used. With MrBeam all relevant laser- und wavefront parameter are analyzed according to current ISO-standards (ISO 11146, 13694, 11167, 15367).

This software uses a macro script that allows a user-friendly control of complex measurement procedures. Up to now, more than around 20 various camera types are supported. Via diverse interfaces peripheric devices such as attenuators, shutter, energy/power meter or stepper motors can be connected.
